Welcome to the inaugural 2026 edition of the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max availability tracker. We will continue this for the iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, and Duo as long as there is a a consistent backlog.
For those of you who are new to the tracker, each Saturday evening we pull the “ships by” (T-Mobile, Verizon) or “delivered by” (AT&T) date for each carrier/ model/ memory size/ color combination. AT&T estimates 3-5 days from shipping.

Our thesis that moving equipment installment plans from 24 to 36 months at T-Mobile would drive more upgrades to the iPhone 18 Pro Max appears to have been validated. iPhone 18 Pro Max shipping intervals are materially longer for 512 GB and 1 TB sizes than for Verizon and AT&T. This also validates that most T-Mobile custoners are willing to make the tradeoff to upgrade to the Pro Max as opposed to purchasing more memory (we think that memory upgrades will continue, but there will not be a memory “incentive” through any of the carriers.
The hypothesis that many customers are going to wait for the Duo could is materializing for AT&T and Verizon customers. The iPhone 18 Pro lineup is generally in stock for both carrriers, and our thought is that some switchers and folks waiitng to upgrade want to get their hands on the iPhone Duo prior to purchasing the iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max. The Duo releases in slightly less than four weeks.
Bottom line: A strong launch but not a supercycle event. Burgundy is a popular color but not as popular as limited edition colors in previous launches. We should see the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max inventories stabalize by mid-October just in time for the Duo launch. T-Mobile is enjoying an upgrade cycle thanks to their movement from 24 to 36 months on their equipment installment plans.
