An Assist from Ars Technica on Next Week’s Sunday Brief

I love it when a plan comes together.  For those of you who regularly read The Sunday Brief, the last of the three-part series focuses on the effects of latency (or, as I will refer to it next Sunday, latency is the “light saber” of telecom).  Coincidentally (?), my good friends at Ars Technica ran a decent article on latency yesterday.  It’s not easy to explain (unless you are a gamer or use video a lot), but latency is one or the gathering storm clouds on the horizon.  Comments welcome.
